Roots & Rise Ltd was incorporated in February 2025. We are a Jamaican construction, infrastructure, and operational support company. We undertake selected construction and infrastructure projects as the contractor, execute subcontracted scopes of work for larger contractors, and provide workforce coordination, site operations, project management support, and field execution across Jamaica.
The company was founded on a straightforward observation: successful construction and infrastructure work depends as much on what happens around the physical work as it does on the work itself. Workforce organization, planning, coordination, communication, logistics, documentation, and accountable field leadership are what keeps projects moving and on track.
Roots & Rise brings together construction and infrastructure experience with practical operational and project management capability — applying organized, structured approaches to how field teams are deployed, how sites are coordinated, and how projects are supported from mobilization through completion.
